I found yoga in 2012, at a time where my life was in transition. I started a normal 9-5 job after spending my entire career working second shift, weekends & holidays. The adjustment was a challenge, as I had to rebuild relationships & start new routines. Yoga was something I kept coming back to. I was reluctant to try hot yoga, but after my first class I knew I was hooked. I loved how I felt physically & mentally after every practice. Being on my mat was my time to recharge. Becoming a yoga teacher felt like a natural progression for me. I strive to provide a safe, supportive environment for students to slow down, connect mind and body, and grow their practice.
