Our Beginner series is a great introduction to someone who has never done yoga before, or maybe just wants to start over with the basics. Poses will be taught, alignment explained & demonstrations given - all in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. Plenty of time for questions & of course, practice. The room will be cool & there won't be any "flow". Register for the entire series, or simply drop in to a session.
